What this site is

fundingfactory.ai is a marketing site. It describes FundingFactory Autopilot, a product we are building for early-stage founders, and it offers one thing you can do: join the waiting list. There is nothing here to sign in to, nothing to install and nothing to pay.

These terms cover your use of this site and of the waiting list. By using this site, or by putting your address on the list, you accept them. If you would rather not, please do not use the site.

Joining the waiting list

Adding your email address tells us you want to hear from us when early access opens. It does not create an account, it does not give you a right to use the product, and it is not a promise of a place. Nothing is charged for joining, now or later.

We may change how the list works, pause it, or close it. We decide who to invite and when, and we may decline to offer access. If you no longer want to be on the list, write to info@fundingfactory.ai and we will remove you.

The product is still being built

Everything this site says about FundingFactory Autopilot describes a product in development, not one you can use today. Features, timing, availability and pricing can all change before launch, and some of what you read may not ship in the form described.

The screens and the product figures shown on the site illustrate how the product is meant to work. They are not a forecast, not a track record and not a promise of any result. Read the site as a picture of our intent, which we keep updating as the build moves on.

Not investment advice, and not an offer

This is the part to read twice. FundingFactory does not raise capital for anyone. We do not advise investors on any investment decision. We do not recommend any company to any investor, or any investor to any company, and we do not act as a broker, a dealer, a placement agent or an adviser. We are not licensed or authorised to provide investment services, and we do not hold or handle anyone's money.

Nothing on this site is an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell securities or any other financial instrument, and nothing here is financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice. Any product figures you see — the match scores, the amounts inside the illustrated screens, the example outcomes — are illustrative of how the product works, not a prediction of what will happen and not a record of what has.

Decisions about raising money or investing it are yours. Take your own professional advice before you make them.

Using the site fairly

Use the site the way it is meant to be used. Do not attack it, overload it or try to break it. Do not scrape it, copy it in bulk, or run automated collection against it. Do not probe it for weaknesses without our written permission, and do not try to reach data that is not yours, including other people's waiting-list entries.

Only submit an email address that is yours, or one you are plainly entitled to give us. Do not use the site to impersonate anyone or to do anything unlawful. If any of that happens, we may block access.

What belongs to us

The words, the design, the layout, the illustrations, the name FundingFactory and our mark are ours or licensed to us.

You are welcome to read the site, to link to it, and to quote a short passage with credit. Writing about us is fine. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it, reuse our text or design in your own product or materials, or use our name or mark in a way that suggests we endorse you or are connected to you. To use anything of ours beyond that, ask at info@fundingfactory.ai.

The site as it is

We offer this site as it is. We keep it running and keep it accurate as well as we can, but we do not promise it will always be available, always current, or free of mistakes, and we do not promise the waiting-list form will work at every moment.

We may change the site, take parts of it down, or replace it, without telling you first. Beyond what is written on this page, and as far as the law allows, we give no warranties.

Where our responsibility ends

If something here is wrong or unavailable and that costs you something, our responsibility is limited to what is fair for a free marketing site with a waiting list.

We are not responsible for lost profits, lost funding, lost opportunities, lost data, or indirect or knock-on losses of any kind, and we are not responsible for decisions you take on the strength of what you read here.

Some protections cannot be excluded by law. Nothing on this page limits our responsibility for fraud, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else the law does not let us limit.

Your personal data

The only personal information this site asks for is an email address and whether you are a founder or an investor. What we do with it, what else the server records when you submit the form, who helps us handle it, and how to have it removed are all set out on the privacy page.

That page describes how these terms work in practice, so read the two together.

Changes to these terms

These terms will change as the product does. Fuller terms will be published before early access opens, and you will be asked to accept those separately at that point: they will govern your use of the product, while this page keeps covering the site.

When we change this page we update the date printed on it. Using the site after a change means you accept the version published then. We will not apply a change backwards to something you have already done.

These terms, and any dispute about them or about this site, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
